This is so real. Depression is so real. God is our light through it and sometimes depression is so loud with its lies. I’m so sorry I never met her. I would have prayed for her if I knew she was struggling. Looking to God Jesus Christ is my light and life. He reminds me of his many blessings family love and goodness he puts in everyday. No one knows how to be encouraging or loving so they send you there. I hate it there I never felt so alone because no one knew how to help even after going to counseling and therapy. They don't help you there they give you pills.... Someone called it the looney bin before to me and that's a huge trigger! Please watch what you say before saying things like that

And sometimes depression is simply a matter of having so little of a nutrient or vitamin that you need ... have you ever had really professional blood work done ? Please , have you tried ashwagandha ? They have used it for depression as well as PTSD . You might also want to look into butterfly blue pea tea ... it's also called aprajita and its botanical name is clitoria ternatea ... that it's deep at least a half hour 40 minutes or even longer . I hope you will will be able to find the cause of that depression . My Ex they say hanged himself on May 19th . I just don't believe he hanged himself and neither does a family friend . I really believe that if he was going to kill himself he would have chosen something less violent such as carbon monoxide poisoning or booze and pills . I just don't see it and neither does a friend . But now it is the first thing i think of when i wake up .

I’m tired of people defending her...the bottom line is that she didn’t seek the help she needed earlier. That led her to make a permanent decision that would impact her family. She didn’t think about how her daughter would feel or how her best friend would feel. How selfish of her to evade her responsibilities as a mother and wife.... She had such a bright future, yet she threw it all away because she couldn’t manage her depression. Everyone suffers when someone dies and she put the burden on her daughter and husband to pick up the pieces....

She really, really was depressed and she wasn’t with no therapist at all, was not one friend or family at all around her during that time so you shouldn’t said if you are not on the person shoes just the family and people around knows that in reality no one try to help even if they knew she needed:

You all think what you want but it all comes down to the patient who has depression. If they don’t report any alarming symptoms (increasing suicide ideation, making plans to die), then the provider in charge cannot modify therapy. There are medications for treatment resistant depression like esketamine or olanzapine plus fluoxetine. About 1/3 of all patients will fail an antidepressant at some point, so treatment will have to be readjusted and optimized for proper care. This also includes psychotherapy as well. Stupid comments are only for the misinformed or uninformed. The bottom line is that she let it get that far and didn’t take the proper steps to ensure her own safety.
