I saw this play in Toronto, Canada some years ago. I can say that it was the best play I have ever since so far. If anyone has an opportunity to go see it, please go because you won't regret it.

Wicked has been a part of my childhood since forever I was a 2000s kid back when Broadway made awesome musicals and plays when I was growing up and movies and tv shows were awesome since the 2000s as well. I miss those days. This was way before Book of Mormon and before Hamilton

All I want is for Niki Minaji to wear one of those Emerald City outfits to Met gala. But apparently- that’s too much of an ask, so the celerities we have just show up in see through garbage bags, high heel shoes, hair done up to resemble some exotic bird, and call it good. Okay. Okay. I get it. But in all seriousness, the met gala should have a costume designer- cuz the last few years, did NOT hit the mark. I said what I said and Coachella should take notes.

I saw the unfinished trailer for the movie the other day and I will still leave my criticisms at the door knowing the trailer is unfinished before it officially releases but here are my first impressions: Pros: 1)Cast is great (costumes are awesome too) and they sound amazing if nothing else they will carry this film on their shoulders (that includes Ariana) 2) the chemistry between the cast is intense and there is a sizzling brief look at a scene between fiyero and Elphaba that will make you fan yourself (also makes me concerned for the audiences health during Part 2 of this film when they feature as long as your mine) Cons: 1) it suffers from modernization of the story, the surroundings look uncanny and whimsy meaning the “dark tone” will probably be a dark whimsy instead of realistic. 2) Something that might be a major turn off and maybe even a deal-breaker are the vibes. The look and feel of this movie is similar to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Beauty and the Beast film which is very bad to me but maybe it's due to editing or unfinished product. If you like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and/Beauty and the Beast musical you will love it, if not you may despise it. Needless to say, I truly despised the atmosphere of it.That's assuming they keep the tone and the style the same in the official trailer.

Something about this song just doesn't catch me. It just doesn't flow. Listen to "Put on your Sunday clothes" from Hello, Dolly. The earlier song makes you want to get up and move. This one feels like stopping and starting in traffic. Like the show, but not this particular part of it.
