I am beyond blessed by your gift and obedience to God, Tauren. But I’m a writer, so lyrics are powerful and important. We must sing praising and worshipping Him and telling others about Him, but our lyrics must line up with the Word of God. Many that won’t pick up a Bible will listen to music on repeat. As a Pastor teaches from the Word, we must sing His truth. I have one issue with the first song. “He’s never been mad at you.” Please explain how you can justify that, Biblically. You have a high calling. Be careful. Love you so much. This is sent in love as a sister in the body of Christ, iron sharpening iron.

As a person I hope he has not been angered by me, for he is merciful and just, anger is a way of evil. He has wrath as was stated in the Bible many times but for a lost child would you have anger? That’s what Tauren Wells is speaking of. We are lost children that he is trying to reconnect with, I wouldn’t or couldn’t say he is mad at me or ever has been. He just wants a relationship with me beyond this worldly presence.
