What Matters Most in your MBA Application: GMAT/GRE scores? Career Vision? Leadership? Essays?

I don't that higher gmat score in India is because of habit of taking test... I think it's because that of pay parity. As GMAT exam and international MBA, both are very costly for Indians, only those who are very serious takes the exam and they take the exam with a mindset to not repeat it.
