I genuinely didn't know that I shouldn't be performing the movement during the entire specified time. That's a super helpful clarification that didn't seem obvious from going through the sessions. Thanks

Glad it helped! Btw, I do cover it at the beginning of the program in the intro vid. ;) But I do know things can be lost when you're having fun.

Elements is awesome and the new tracks are great. I get a lot out of this course. I’ve completed integral strength with body weight only. Which IS track is the next level, rings or bars? Thank you.

HI! Is there more information on the Gradual track for Elements? Is it like more sessions focused on the basic movements? Or it excludes more advanced variations? Thanks! 🙂

There are sessions with basic and advanced variations. I remember a yt video "is elements to easy?" - there are a lot of advanced variations. But it may be very individual what feels basic and what advanced....

It increases in difficulty more *gradually* than the standard. And that means different movements in some cases.

Generally, I'd do it on a different day. If you have to do them together, I'd try both and see which works for you.

Too many people involved in the workouts. It's actually demotivating. One person talks and shows me the moves. Enough. I don't want to see a rehab class. This ain't no party, this ain't no disco.
