I love this program and its structure per session. After every session, the whole body feels happy and its way more than just exhaustion from doing x sets of y generic strength exercises.

Glad you're digging it! We've done a ton of "bodyweight exercise" workouts, so one of our main goals with IS was to make sure it provided more than just progressively increased exhaustion :)

Awesome content! My new movement workout! incorporating the crab and bear have improved my shoulders tremendously. this is good stuff! Do you recommend any free standing pull up frames with TRX attachments? it looks like you use something similar to what i'm looking for. i found HulkFit on line but just verifying options before i press the purchase button. i need it to be heavy duty as i am a 280lb swinger.. 🥩💪🤙

Let’s say Elements first, sequences next, then integral strength. What would you do after that?

Call me when you've mastered those ;) Over the course of doing those programs, you'll find things you want to explore. And it's very likely you'll want to repeat one or more of the programs - many of our clients do Elements 5x or more, for example. It all depends on your needs and goals. There's no arbitrary "standard" to meet and no gold medal for finishing. Just do work and get better.

@@gmbfit You make a very good point. I always gain a host of benefits from a solid 8-12 weeks of some GMB programming, and when I play with something else I still incorporate a lot of what I’ve learned. I got into heavy weights for a few weeks and my son has been showing me his “tricks” and wants to do the “other workouts more” (GMB stuff) 🤣😂

@@JohnRhodes-lv3rg Right on - I think the main thing is to just see where you personally need to focus next. One you've done Elements, the others are pretty modular and goal-dependent, and you can can always shoot us an email if you need help fitting them around other stuff too :)
