@@benburch To do a real funny tricks only, you have to know a lot of theory on different gambits opening, on existing traps in many variations

@@benburch problem is that especially on higher levels they dont always accept gambits, but its still missing here and wont be bad content. I guess its not like the majority only wants to watch him doing something special, i'm fine with normal play after the opponent does not bite the gambit. However, maybe it takes a bit longer because he gets summoningsalt for the intro again or something similar.

The elo calculation REALLY sucks. The algorithm is so simple. At least you should get opponents with way higher rating if u win like 10 games in a row and get more elo as well.

Probably. But in most of these games you'd spot plenty of trolling moves, versus 'engine moves', making it fairly obvious he's no cheater. He also occasionally misses mate in 1 lol. Cheaters probably would find those every single time. Probably still an insane accuracy rating though and most moves are still best moves. I also could be wrong, but I think cheating players have fairly specific patterns of play through which engine they use to cheat with. The every 4 seconds a move thing, even with super obvious moves. Unnatural moves that don't seem to do anything at first glance, but happen to be important 10 moves later. Not the type of stuff a human player would find.

i formally disagree, i saw so many unsuspected miracles. Some clear wins turning into some stupid draws. Some people happy to gain a piece and loosing focus, to blunder a piece back a few moves later. Never resign. Learn to play in hopeless situation. Learn how to complexify positions even one piece down. I'm over 1500 rapid, and we are still playing like shit, pretty sure it's like that until 2000 xD

@@daemonsoadfan Yeah definitely, I agree with most of what you said. However, i would say in situations where you're facing a fairly competent opponent, (for me, I define that as anyone >1000 FIDE) and they have like 2 or more rooks/queens and you have nothing, I would resign out of respect of their abilities. But if it's only a piece or 2 in the middle game, and you're a similar strength to your opponent, I agree, keep on fighting.
