HOLY CRAP SU’S ENGLISH SOUNDS SO GOOD!!!! Why was this so short 😭
@Zedem0n5 ай бұрын
All of their English sounded good to me ngl. We're far from the time I was watching videos of them 5-6-7-8 years ago. You can tell they've all been learning English on the side. Very wholesome. Momo sounds possibly even better than Su ngl and Moa has made humongous progress herself.
@morpheusmorph135 ай бұрын
They've been working with their bands at the back. Those guys are north american could be the reason why they are able to improve their English. They need to communicate during practice
@Zedem0n5 ай бұрын
@@morpheusmorph13 That gives them more practise partners but from Moa's level just a few years ago it also takes commitment to learning. Everyone in the comment section speaks about Su but Moa's progress is by far the most stunning thing about this interview for me. Su isn't really THAT much better than 5 years ago. With Moa, the difference is day and night.

Apart from their enunciation and even grammar, another aspect of this interview that people don't talk about enough is how quickly they processed the question and the thoughtfulness they put into their answers. Similar questions might've been asked before, but how they phrased everything just shows how far they've come. Particularly what Moa said about "try to be me as possible, for the sake of MOAMETAL too", this answer is so profound. Who else answers a question like that?? She jumped on it right away and answered so genuinely. We really need them to take care of themselves MENTALLY so they can be singing and dancing for years to come.

@@entropybentwhistle At this point I'm not sure Su's "studying" per se. She's kinda always learned through osmosis. Exposure is the best way to learn any language, and being around a bunch of native English speakers (a.k.a the Western Kamis) certainly helps. I feel a little bad for Moa because she's so smart but her thick accent gets in the way of what she wants to say and I doubt she has time to study with a dialect coach.
