i have the gmmk pro and i must say i was pretty dissapointed in the fact that i could not open the case. one of the screws were screwed way to tight that with even a proper screw driver tip it still manage to strip the screw. i just decided to put on some khail box navy switches and called it a day (i do like the box navy ngl which makes me feel like i can still use the keyboard) still have a slightly sticky left shift but the rest of the stabs were pretty good out of the box at least for me.

Do you see possibility of sneaking in 4000mAH battery such as supplied by EEMB with jst connector? I mostly use bluetooth enabled mechanical keyboard and its hard to digest this in 2021 that companies are still not making BT enabled keyboards

Quick question, with the bare bones version of this keyboard I've heard the USB - c cable is not connected to anything on the inside is this true?

That they released a stock keyboard that sticks on the stabs and called them G.O.A.T bothers me about quality control. I think I may have to pass and wait for version 2 or pick up a Keychron Q1.

You forgot the line "out of the box". If you warched closely, the stock stabs on mine are barely usable. The stabs are a hit or miss, some got a fairly decent one, some didn't. That was my honest opinion about the board and I like it a lot regardless of it shortcomings.
