this video shows the main idea behind optimising the rotation for right tree soul binder. it's quite different to hybrid in the sense that it is split into 24 second segments.
again this is not meant to be a 60 second parse video, but rather to show what rotation to aim for in raids. priority was put on stacking sou flock to 5 at the start (rather than taking pink bean for a bigger gigantica and entering disso with only a few stacks for a bigger 1minute parse).

shooting star (dash to cancel/reposition) - soul flock x5 - awakened mantra 2x (macro) - narubashan unleashed - lumarigons pride (dash to cancel/reposition) - gigantica (with rooted strength preferably) - soul crystal - soul dissonance - shooting star - expansion blast (1st or 2nd mantra so it is up in time for before next dissonance) - flash strike - soul flock - energy surge - soul flock (filler until ~4 seconds left on soul break debuff) - soul crystal (manual charge) - shooting star - awakened mantra 2x - awakened expansion blast - soul dissonance
few things to note:
the shooting star at the very start is optional. if you load into raids late just skip it. it has its use from using shooting star at the start of a raid (off of for example a mount on infernog stairs) and then dashing to reposition so all of your abilities can hit.
shooting star should only be used before and after soul dissonance only if you have the attack speed to support it. this is why I didn't use it before the third dissonance in the video. with NU this is fine with 110%~ atkspd, but without NU you shouldn't bother with the shooting star before dissonance (unless you are around 115+ attackspeed, which I wouldn't recommend for GMS2 right now.) if you are close to 100% attackspeed, even with NU you shouldn't go for the shooting star before dissonance as you still risk delaying dissonance cooldown. dissonance uptime is too important.
the only use for unawakened expansion blast in raids is in the opener (unless you need a 2nd stun for whatever reason). otherwise you should always use awakened expansion blast and pair it with soul dissonance so it benefits from the crit evasion shred (which will turn into a larger potency gain the more crit damage lines you are able to afford getting.)
here I don't start off with mantra soul crystal because the negligible party-wide damage loss is made up for by 1. your own personal dps gain with getting crystal ticks in dissonance and 2. the ability to get soul flock off slightly quicker.
as the right tree rotation is split into 24 second segments with around a 7~8 second buffer time at the start from flocking, it's pretty difficult to manage buff cooldowns like rooted strength and lumarigons pride. in unoptimised groups you can get away with using them off cooldown on awakened expansion blast+soul dissonance burst. in more optimised parties you should save dissonance and lumarigons pride depending on fight length and holy symbol timings.
to carry on using narubashan unleashed after the opener you would use awakened mantra 2x - (luma gigantica rooted etc. would go here depending on what is up) - awakened expansion blast - narubashan unleashed - soul dissonance.

wandering blade (paika) lapenshard has pretty good value when playing right tree, although I'm focusing on left tree lapenshards so I don't have it yet. I would start using it over my current lapenshards at around t7-8~
