As a Venezuelan, I've always daydreamed about possible Venezuelan fakemon (though I don't have that much creativity :P), so starting with that country here was so fun! Especially with a freaking cachapa fakemon XD. Also, the teeth on Lancha remind me of some of the forts that are so important for our culture and history, like the Fortin Solano (though that one doesn't that that classic fort shape but is probably the most famous), I wonder if that's intentional

It would have been nice to see the following two: Finnish/Åland oven pancake which is a large plate pancake baked on a baking sheet. And Finnish/Swedish lettu or lätty aka plättar (means "flat" or "disc"), which for some reason is usually translated into English as "pancake", but is more closer to a French crepe and lacks baking powder making it unleavened. Both are eaten with berry jam because maple syrup is syrupy and butter is buttery.

You missed another one from Brazil called Crepioca. It’s basically if tapioca and crepes had a child. Crepiocas and tapiocas can be sweet or salty(which is the most common) by stuffing them with anything u want. The only difference is that crepiocas have the added egg and thickness and tapiocas are a thin sheet of tapioca flour crisped up that formed together by the heat
