The point remains, if your expenditures are more than your income, you cannot sustain your lifestyle. Nigeria is living above its means, and is using debt to survive. If we can just put some energy into recovering the stolen loot, and stemming corruption we’d be better off for it. I love the answers - Go back to farm The story of Agama Lizard will explain some of these answers In those days when we were doing Biology in school cert - there was what we called alternative to Practical where an item is selected for questioning. Normally in some instances the students get wind of the item courtesy of the teacher asked to prepare. So that particular year the students learnt it was going to be Agama lizard so all the students read wide about Agama lizard and crammed every thing about the Agama lizard. When the students got to the exam hall, instead of Agama lizard the question was on a tree The shock was so glaring to all the students and one student wrote thus: A tree grows in the bush and towns and many animals either eat it’s grass or fly beside it. So on this same tree is Agama lizard and he started describing in a three pager the characteristics of Agama lizard and refused to answer any question asked on the tree So Mr President mind was made up on going to the farm so all questions asked must have “go back to the farm”

Does anyone know what Nigeria’s monthly revenue from oil is or is Nigeria no longer selling oil or is Nigeria using the entire revenue from oil to service the National Assembly staff? I am asking this question because of all the loans in an oil country like Nigeria. Keep in mind that UAE made its money from oil and quickly diversified her economy into property development and tourism typified by the affluent Dubai city. Today, oil accounts for about 5% of the UAE revenue. So, do Nigeria’s leaders want to destroy the future of her youth and yet unborn by borrowing money it has ZERO plan to repay?

Adeola, fulaniherdsmen destroyed our 300plots of maize, cashew and cassava farms last year worth over 9millon naira. They tried to lay ambush for us but God delivered us. This happened in Owo, Ondo state. We though of substituting our income with farming, but that has not been possible in the Nigeria of today. May God give us a President that has the interest of the people at heart

Let's go back to farming. I believe GOD is speaking through Buhari. He is not my fan though. But on this one, I agree with him.

Agree but what do you do when herdsmen come to graze? Do you vacate your farm or put up a fight? You have to think about that.

The only thing I could deduce from the rather witty interview is that Buhari, in addition to his extreme conservativism, is way distant to reality. I am forced to believed Nigeria is currently run by some cabals from the North. Moreover, Adeola, thanks for demystifying the controversial video that has been making round in the past few days. You're doing a great job, ma!
