Wonderful woodlands and bluebells! We go out to the woods in Sussex every year around my partner's birthday at the end of April to hunt for bluebells 💙 this evening we took a picnic out to Richmond Park on the outskirts of London and sat on a log and watched all the jackdaws and the deer, squirrels and even a heron x thank you for this lovely reminder Candy. So so important x

Oh my gosh what a mesmerizing sea of blue! I wouldn't be surprised if you told me all the worlds bluebells were right there in those woods! There was SO MANY! Blue has always been my favourite colour in the garden, much like many other gardeners. I only have about a dozen bluebells growing though (wont bloom here for a few weeks), what a magnificent show they put on, growing on mass. A perfect secret place. The new spring green of the leaves bursting out everywhere is also just so invigorating! I am always so inspired by your reverence for the beauty in the land and nature. xx Love you.

Spooky Bluebells...xoxo I am glad to know this. I have CA Poppies in my yard. I never ever pick them...for this very reason. I don't want to upset the Fae. What a beautiful secret wood. I agree with you so much about the children losing so much...These places are Sacred...and I hope more people explore their surroundings. this video is so special to me. I was born in london but moved out of the country as an infant and have been raised and still live in the US. I have a plan to move back to england sometime in the next 10 years and the bluebell wood (which I've never seen) is a symbol for me of my longing to return.
