How long have you been driving for Amazon? I organize differently of course and it works great for me.

almost 2 years. How do you organize your van, and which type of van? I usually drive the EDV but sometimes I end up in a gas van. My EDV organization is a little different than gan vans, but close to the same.

You should buy Uline tote box, Those help me so good Put 1-7 on tops 8-15 below I take the first tote out I use my tote box For envelope separate white brown from blue and white envelope But I hate when it say plastic bag as envelope sometimes 😂😂

I recently experimented with tote boxes, clear ones, but after a week of trying it, I was just on the line, no productive increase. Which ones exactly do you use? This current method of organization has done the best for me so far. I find when I take the time to organize all of them into the exact order of my stops, I actually fall behind. As long as they are groups of 10, my eyes can catch and see it pretty quick but without having taken the extra time to put them in order. Do you have a video of you using them? I'd like to see.

i do doordash i make sure i never step on peoples lawns. the path to the front door is there for a reason

good for you, I usually do also, but sometimes based on where I stop due to "group stops" that Amazon gives us, its more efficient to park in between the 2 different locations at the stop. I'm also certain its easy to use the sidewalk when you're delivering one order at a time, and not 155 orders in a day with a company that monitors your progress and wants each stop to be as fast as possible in order to finish on time. We have strict limits on how much time we can be out driving set by the US DOT, so we have to move fast to get everything delivered within that time,... and there's so much more that's going on that you probably don't know or realize. So while I usually do use driveways and sidewalks, sometimes it doesn't happen. The other day I had over 200 stops, and again I usually used sidewalks but sometimes it doesn't happen.

sorry i didn't realise that amazon had such strict tolerances. kinda means there a shity company expecting people to be unrealistically fast. Its not a jobs i would be able to do as i could not walk on peoples grass. i understand you have to do it for times sake and the pressure of your boss breathing down your neck. probably with really harsh performance reviews and standards to meet the demands of a really competitive market. In the industry of delivery stats are everything when it comes to making money its the same with doordash to an extent. i live in a small town so there not alot of pressure. definitely will not be supporting amazon as its treatment of its employees does not represent the values that i seek out of a company@@Mestizo90

That’s what’s up! I’ve dashed for the past 3 years and now I’ve been at Amazon for 4 months now. I have made way more money in the 2 weeks than doordashing. I also haven’t dashed since I started because I’ve been able to save more money since then.

Your dispatch has it, just ask them for yours. They are suppose to share it with you, and you can use it as a tool to try different delivery processes and see how you did compared to the line.

I'm currently on cycle 0, so things have been a bit weird and the number of stops seems to go up and down randomly, the day I recorded this, it wasn't very high.

​@@Mestizo90don't trip, I bet they get 200 stops with 200 packages. There's times I get 120 stops with 330+ packages.

155 stops is more like 180 maybe 200 with all the group stops pipe down mr “i run every stop and complain about having a heavy route each day”
