Damn, growing up in Adelaide being surrounded by people drinking wine and going "Eww gross grape juice," to "Wow the wine world is really cool" seems to be the standard character arc of most of us when we turn 20 here. Keep up the good work Henry, making wine less wanky one bad dad joke at a time.

KZbin tends to lean towards the use given that it is base in the USA and the USA is a lot big in land mass than Australia so natural we have more people.

Oh this was great. The more people that see these sort of casual chats the better. As someone who got into wine because that’s where his hospitality career was going, rather than having any preconceived notions, I’ve had a lot of catching up to do and a lot of imposter syndrome to overcome. But as I was saying to a girl At work last night, you just have to put yourself out there and roll with it, because you know more than you think you do. I hope people see this and just get inspired to jump in.
