A month late to the comments, but i love cremant from alsace and burgandy. Had the pleasure of tasting some while I was cycling around France. Amazing value, especially amongst alsacian wines!

Little tip for force carbonation: keep the nozzle on for a few seconds while the bottle is upside down to get more co2 in there (I often shake it up as well) then let sit in a fridge for at least 10-30 minutes so the co2 can dissolve. Repeat the process again and you should be good
