They've arrested 3 Somalis living in the UK and charged them over the lives lost on this trip. What I would like to know is if they could catch them so quickly why didn't they pull them in for all the trips they've organized before. One of them was reportedly in touch with a client in Calais assuring them there was no danger because the Coast Guard would escort them across.
