Step down on the front end and see if the front wheels tow in. I bet they do. you need the tie rods to be on the same plane as the front "A Arms",

👍 Actually they tow out very little when compressed, you will always have that problem when using single A Arms and stiff spindles and tie rods on suspension, and yes if i was to build it that way and put the tie rods the same plane as the A Arms it would most likely perform a lot better. But this was built as a fun kart/toy and not for performance, even though it performs very well. And it was built all on the fly, no plans, no sketches, no nothing, I just built it.
