Not sure if it’s you or me but as a frequent user of all your row workouts this was the first time I had 4 adverts bang in the middle of the workout! Hopefully that was a one off... stopping mid flow to get up and click skip ad isn’t great :(

Workouts are great. Monetization of videos is painful. Not sure if someone does it or just an algorithm but it makes the workouts incredibly disjointed. The number of adds for this video is obnoxious. Put a longer add at the front.

Hi Clair, this is a great workout but now KZbin has inserted ads during the workout itself. 3 so far and I’m only partway through. It means the workout is becoming unusable.

you can always download the video and watch it offline. There are plenty of free apps for downloading videos from YT.
