As far an i am concerned those commuted sentences are worth less than toliet paper. They were signed by a mentally incapacitated man who does not have mental awareness anymore to even know what he is signing. I think we should challenge it in court based on that alone as it is more than obvious he has been mentally incapacited for the whole last 4 years. Contracts, trusts, checks etc all are null and void in a court of law if everyone knew the person siging was mentally incpacitated so same thing applies here in this situation. Not to mention i am sure once he leaves office we will soon after find the Medically paper work stating such with a little bit of searching and prying.
