I have a quick questions of I have seen a double header via trains at here and there so I wonder that is legal for them but banned for go trains?!

GO Train engines are heavier than VIA and when paired up apparently cause damage to the foundation of Union Station. VIA is also required to double the Canadian since it's a long trip
