The way you can tell what English to put on the center table cuts is simple, just look at the tangent line before deciding your English and that will tell you top or bottom but a smooth stroke is really important on those. Keep it up man, it’s cool watching people improve.

Always remember in APA all "fouls" are determined by the shooter or the person who is called to watch the shot. If he calls foul on your hit and you don't believe it was you can say no and that is the deciding factor.

How do you know it was frozen? You have to physically look as all there has to be is a fraction of light between the ball and the rail.

if the 1 ball was on the rag then that rag dont count. so that was ball in hand unless the 1ball or the cue hit another rag
