The hippy lifestyle taken to the extreme might not be so liberating after all! My father, Goa's oldest hippy, did a lot of hashish & psychedelics but it was the sex addiction & alcoholism that screwed him up & his family, & he finally succumbed to liver cirrhosis. After getting off 18 yrs of serious addictions (including heroin/brown sugar) that ruined my health, physical & mental, I have now learned the art of 'getting high on my own supply' (to quote Wim Hof) by generating my own brain chemicals thru yoga/pranayama/meditation & dance at the techno parties along Goa's beaches.....& I've never felt better!! 🕺💃🧚‍♀️🤩
