Thanks and good question! I was keeping the liquids from getting colder and potentially freezing or exploding. I have learned the hard way after having several unopened beer cans explode in the truck. LOL.

my question is how the hell are you staying warm? will this thing work my mattress heater? my 1000w airfryer and nutra bullet blender?

I have a roof top tent and good sleeping bags. Not sure on the mattress heater. How many watts? I don’t think the air fryer would be a go, but I could be wrong. I hate not tried that yet. Depending on the version, I would think yes on the small blender.

@@Engearment the mattress warmer has two sides each about 150w But I had the Ego power nexus and it couldn’t handle it. And I need something to keep me warm and I have to have my mini air fryer. It’s a tiny one only 1000w

Does it still output power when between 0 and 32d? I thought I saw on GoalZero site that it would output down to -4f but wouldn’t charge at 32d f. I’d be good with a solid weekend of ski camping with the 1500X in my camper if it’ll just put out power when it’s 5d.

It is hit or miss. I have had it put power out in the teens, but not charge, sometimes. If it gets super cold and stays cold, it tends to go into the cold shut down mode.

Yep! I am not sure how how the Yeti with the possibility of being wet though. I suppose in the cooler, in the snow, might also be an option. 🙌
