As Nelson Mandela said: "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." --------- Chef Jeff, I am so glad that you "discovered your true self." I happened to tune in to some show today and spotted you cooking the most delicious food. While cooking, you were also teaching a young lady how to cook this dish. The food looked absolutely wonderful. I got curious and did a search for "Chef Jeff" and my search brought me here. You are not only a Gourmet Chef (which is very special on its own), but you are a teacher and a mentor. You did not have a good start, but, then, you turned your life around. You did not sweep your past under the rug. That takes real courage. You decided to use your past to encourage others that they, too, can turn their lives around. Keep up the excellent work!
