A creative Genius with a mix of social anxiety . In big matches in champions league he is not living up to the expectations. With Barca Bayern and now city he could have added more champions league title . He need to work more on defensive techniques cas defence wins u big cups like champions league . u can dominate small team with attack but not great team u need to have a great defence . He is a coach, he will do whatever to bring the best out of the players, like Eto and Ibrahimovic had really bad attitude in real life too and that ruins the whole dressing room and Pep always wanted the team to be together which Eto and Ibrahimovic never were good in. They both were real pain in the dressing room intimidating and provoking other players for stupid stuffs. Eto and Ibrahimovic proved it that they both were such a pain to have in a team, no one goes out and accuse their coach that way otherwise. Whatever it was, they both still had career because of Pep, because Pep never spoke against any player in public, if Pep criticized either of them in public then I don't think they would have had a career.
