People don't realise the effort and expertise it takes to manage a dressing room of the best players and biggest egos, and consistently motivating them to improve and want more and stay sold on his methods, Sané, Bernardo, KDB, Sterling would comfortably be the best player on most other teams but they opt to be part of a bigger project under Pep.
