People don't realise the effort and expertise it takes to manage a dressing room of the best players and biggest egos, and consistently motivating them to improve and want more and stay sold on his methods, Sané, Bernardo, KDB, Sterling would comfortably be the best player on most other teams but they opt to be part of a bigger project under Pep. In 2008 I think he was winless in his first 3 games and there was talk of the sack but then he moved Messi to the middle and the rest is history. Won all 6 cups they were involved in the year after, SAF only ever got 4 in a year I think, money is arbitrary, Pep knows his worth, he won't go win the league with Palace just bc a kid on twitter says his success isn't validated til then. The best teams need the biggest and best managers.
@Adz905 жыл бұрын
ZR liverpool were a mid table team and now they’re if not; one of the best teams in the world. I doubt pep could do that, because he is a chequebook manager, klopp is a better manager idc. He takes average teams and makes them into something special. Pep takes already title challenging teams and improves upon them with a vast amount of money, and good player management. If klopp was at city, he would’ve won trophies by now, I’m just saying.

As a United fan before he went to city I respected him and I still respect him now. What a genuine nice guy Pep is, definitely in the top 4 bracket of greatest managers of all time behind in my opinion Ferguson, Mourinho, Cruyff. Great manager and I hope he returns to Barcelona one day too they’re a match made in heaven ❤️

Wherever he went, he created history. He came to Barcelona, took them to a whole new level. Real Madrid looked a mediocre team. Spain won the world Cup. He went to Germany. They were a great team to watch. They didn't win the CL but they were a great team and won many trophies. Germany won the world Cup. He came to England, people called him fraud. He showed them who he is. He has taken manchester City to a whole new level. The best team right now. He is amazing. I am a city fan because I am his fan and his brand of football. I love him." We have guardiola". Com'on City.

I’m a Liverpool fan but I accept that Pep is a top manager. To be the best of all time I think he has to prove himself at a smaller club with less financial benefits.
@kphouton84385 жыл бұрын
I am a City fan and I don't think Pep will ever be the best manager. He has always had huge budgets and already great teams. Most managers in the prem given our budget and our prior team will do the same and most will do better in Europe
@masterpee23285 жыл бұрын
Matty F6 he they come again! How good were city before guardiola came in? How good were Barcelona before pep? With all the cash at United, what did mourinho achieve with them? Do u expect him to reject a better offer because he wants to prove himself in a small club?
@kphouton84385 жыл бұрын
@@masterpee2328 It was not all Mourinhos fault with Man UTD. It was the players ideals and the state of the club beforehand. The fact he got 2nd with that man united side is incredible and I doubt Pep could do half as well

Mourinho said it clearly that if he could get pogba, he would consider his team complete ! He got the players he wanted but still could not get a result out of them. Guardiola may have a big squad but the signings are always good under him! That is what every club wants from his manager! Make the signings succeed

You can see how he's an organize man just by him folding that tape rather than crumpling it. Sooo you can say any little mistake he's got to be fumin'. You might say how can that relate to how he's an organize person or not, well, for some who don't really care about the little things would simply just ignore it and will not care about the consequence of it but if you're organize asf, every little detail is important to you and you take full heart on it.

Pep said right, manager isn't just about trophies, it's also about creating the culture, taking the club into next level, man management and make the best out of every situations so it's not about just being a tactician and manages the stars' ego

Why did you join Man City? Pep knowing full well that the answer is money: :-0
@kevinvanlondersele2605 жыл бұрын
Was also my first thought. Pep's true answer must be= I only manage the clubs with the most money, so I can buy the best players from the league, so I can win the cups easily. I just wondering why he won just one champions league trophy. Even a tactical zero like Zidane won it 3 or 4 times as a manager.
@edeneolive21324 жыл бұрын
This is so stupid and uninformed.Other managers didn't buy players or what???Talent can only take you so far.He brings the best out of his players.Did I hear Money???this sounds so funny.I'm pretty sure aguero and sterling played under pellegrini and are still the same now.Please think before you make some certain statements.
