Marinate with vinegar and green masala , add oil to the cooker and saute for few minutes , follow the recipe than after. Happy cooking Sinora ❤

Your too good konkanni is excellent Each n every word is so understandable Liked the idea of adding vinegar in the end I used to always marinate the meat with salt ginger garlic paste n vinegar keep for some time n then cook Plus adding onions and tomatoes to the meat is also a very good idea instead of saute the boiled meat Curry looks very delicious Godbless you
