The traditional Goan Caldine is simple and mild curry were once tried one will want to have it again.
This recipe is one of the signature dish of my mother in law and I'm blessed to present it to our viewers how she make it . The best thing in this recipe I like was when she told me to peel the skin of tomato and use it and that really made a difference in the making of this curry, you need to try it to believe it .
Caldine is mostly prepared with sea food like prawns , pomfret , snapper fish and same with the vegetables you can use okra, lady finger , bottle gourd, coliflower
