Maggi cubes are almost all sodium (1,000mg per cube) and sugar with palm oil, not vegetable based. Bouillon cubes in general don't seem like a good shortcut.

If you wanted to advertise Maggi products and make some money, why use a Goan recipe for the same? People don't need to use that Maggi cube and coconut powder full of chemicals and preservatives. Discard the cube, grind a fresh coconut with the masala and you will get AN AUTHENTIC GOAN/ KARNATAKA DISH - NOT SOME RIPOFF FROM Nestlé.
