Ingredients required for crab marinade
1kg crabs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Ingredients required for masala paste
1 cup fresh coconut
10 Kashmiri chillies
1/2 nutmeg piece
4 petals of star anise
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1” cinnamon stick
15 peppercorns
6 cloves
2 tsp coconut oil
1 small onion
4 cloves garlic
1” ginger piece
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 cup water
Other Ingredients required
4 tbsp coconut oil or any cooking oil
2 medium onions (chopped finely)
2 1/2 cup water
3 tbsp tamarind water
Salt to taste
Cilantro for garnish
