Carol, these are crunchy, like cookies. They don't need to be stored in the fridge. Just put them in a airtight container. They'll stay good for over 3 weeks. If they last that long!

Can the padtry dough be stored in fridge in case leftover.

@@carolferns67, yes it can. But after more than two days in the fridge, it might change colour a little and become darker.

Hi Veena aunty Made yr eggless marzipan yesterday it came out very nice n soft. But hv a query dat how to mk it little more firm like doz which v hv from shops .. Dey r little on firmer side whereas mine was soft Plz guide me aunty

Good and fresh marzipan is soft, but not very soft, Mark. It holds its shape. The ones in shops are made weeks earlier and the marzipans starts getting dried up by the time they are sold. Glad you tried out my recipe.

I might use a little heart ❤️ cutter to distinguish and add a bit of decoration., I’ll See how it goes., but thk u so much bcoz I refuse to put before the family never-ending chocolate and sweet dessert ., I prefer healthy anything., I’m currently looking g for a mango recipe for desert as it’s summer in Australia and we have mangoes everywhere 👍🏻🐨🩷

Oh I forgot to ask., is the milk powder compulsory in your pastry recipe.??? It’s just that it’s not an item I keep in the house and money is tight.. so is there a substitute for the milk powder.? Was wondering what it does to the be pastry. If it’s essential I’ll work something out eg maybe borrow some from somebody… 🤔🤔 but was just wondering ?

@@stormygayle9388, milk powder adds to the taste of the outer covering. You can just skip it. And just in case the dough becomes a little sticky, replace the milk powder with 2 tsp of maida.
