Easily and quickly make egg curry with this easy step by step video.
Goan Egg curry is perfect when fish is not available. It's full of flavour and easy to make. This video also shows a quick way to make one time masala powder to make curry. Homemade masalas are safe and delicious.
This goan curry is made with fresh coconut. You can also make it with coconut milk which is readily available in supermarket and online grocery stores.

1 Cup = 250 ml, Tbs = Tablespoon = 15 ml, Tsp = Teaspoon = 5 ml
Ingredients:
One Time Dry Masala:
7-8 Dry Red Chillies (Bedgi)
1 Tbs Coriander Seeds
1/2 Fennel seeds
1/4 Or Less Cumin Seeds
1 tsp poppy seeds
4-5 Black Peppercorn
4 Cloves
1 Star Anise
1 Small Piece Of Cinnamon
1-2 Mace Pieces
1 tsp oil
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Masala
Masala Paste:
4-5 Garlic Pods
1/2 Inch Ginger
1 Onion Medium Size
1 Cup Fresh Scraped Coconut Or Coconut Milk
Some water for grinding
Curry:
Prepared Masala Paste
Salt As Per Taste
4-5 Kokum
1/2 Cup Water For Curry
1 Tbs Chopped Coriander
6 Eggs
Preparation Time:
15 - 20 Mins
Serve with hot rice 🌾 It can also be served with roti, naan or bread.
