Green Chutney Ingredients
250 grams fresh grated coconut
150 grams fresh cilantro
3 cloves of garlic
1-2 green chillies
3/4 tsp cumin seeds
5 1/2 tbsp white granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
100ml lemon juice

So sweet mother and daughter making the wonderful sandwich. I use a pate layer instead of the jamon york and a cheese spread instead of cheese slices. It does taste very good.

I got the long crustless bread from my local grocery store. You could use regular square bread to make these sandwiches and they would still taste delicious.

You can also use 1 layer of bread with topping, roll into logs from the short end, slice and you have pinwheel sandwhiches
