15-17 mint leaves
4-6 green chillies
Little water
Ingredients required for Mince marination
500g mutton mince with 20% fat
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 & 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 lime juice
1 tsp salt
Other ingredients required
1 bay leaf
2 medium onions (chopped fine)
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/3 cup fresh peas
1/2 cup fresh cilantro (chopped fine)
1/2 cup water
1/2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
