i love kheema with kadak paav. bakeries mostly in areas with higher Muslim population keep kadak paav also known as Brun pav. they are large in size and really go perfectly with non veg dishes..

Tried this recipe today. Turned out great. My kids don't eat spicy food so I didn't put a lot of chilli or kashmiri laal mirch in. But I still wanted the red curry effect so I added some red food colouring to make it look rich. Thanks for the recipe and easy explanation.
