Hi friends today we will show you how to prepare Goan Recheado masala
This masala has many different versions, is well know in every Goan cusine the taste of it is spicy tangy which is mostly used in marinating and stuffing fish to fry and also chilly fry or stir fry
Ingredients
20 Kashmiri chillies
1/2 TSP cummin seeds
10-12 cloves
2 inch cinnamon sticks
12 large garlic cloves
1 Inch Ginger
1/2 TSP peppercorns
1/2 TSP Turmeric powder
1/2 TSP salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1 medium onion fried/roasted
200 ml Vinager
