Goan samarachi kodi (curry)
Ingredients :-
1 cup dried shrimps
1/3 cup fresh prawns(cleaned and cut In half)
2 big onions(finely chopped)
7-8 dry mango skin with seed
1/4 cup grated palm jaggery
Oil
Salt to taste
For Samare masala:-
1-2 Kashmiri chillies
2 dry red chillies
1 cup freshy grated coconut
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 1/2 tbsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp peppercorns
1” cinnamon stick
1/2 tbsp fennel seeds
1 bay leaf
1/2 star anise
1 petal of mace
5 cloves
1/2 grated nutmeg
4-5 garlic cloves
1” ginger
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
Small ball of tamarind
