Great Build, of course we love seeing the Dovetail system in action!

Juan, nice video. Thank you. I am going to copy you. Sorry if you provide the reference - you have a saw stop table and you are using some mitre bars there that are blue that seem to fit perfectly. Do they? Where did you buy them?

I’ve watched a lot of sled jig Videos. This one is pretty dope.

This is a great sled. I built the Nick Ferry sled a while back and I love it. But having the microjig clamping ability is definitely a need I have. I also really love the extension. I'm finding myself needing such a thing. The rreplacable insert is great as well. Lastly... being able to cut wider boards would be nice. Would love plans for this.

This is a great build. One concern for me would be 3/8” router grooves on 1/2” base, ie leaving only 1/8” thickness (before gluing to other piece). Did it not become very fragile at this stage?

Andy, we do recommend using 3/4" or thicker material, but if the 1/2" is being bonded onto a base as it was here, the result is effectively a 1" thick base material.

When you glued the rear fence did you not make it more difficult to replace the zero clearance center piece? I would have just screwed it in place so it could be slid out once screws removed. Or ensure no glue on central piece under rear fence to allow removal.
