The problem is they have 2 different listings one in womens sizing and one in mens and you probably sold it as a mens listing.

You have to sell by SKU on GOAT, not by what you think it is. There are product pages for a men & womens pair.

A shoe like that should have been sold on eBay where those nuances are explained in the description and pictures shown of the box label and sizing. GOAT kinda had a point as it does mislead the buyer if they were purchasing a men's 8 while receiving a women's 9.5.

Goat did me dirty too. I bought the A Ma Maniére air ships expecting it to come with all the bells and whistles. When I get it, it came in a Jordan one box and no extra laces or charms. The one thing I did got was the airship pamphlet.

That’s some real serious nasty work there , Black /White or Stone Green pair , both fire. & the stone green pair come with a 3rd interesting lace option. Underrated pairs. If people like AJ 1s & AF 1s the Airship is perfect shoe. & for 140-150 depending on collaboration best bang for buck. Awake Airship collaboration was 150 but got special booklet AMM doesn’t even do. A Jumpman 2001 ROYAL / Bred style hang tag because was first pair Awake owner owned was 2001 Royals & this little detail that’s SBB Leather on that shoe.

i went thru a simliar process i while ago. they sent me my shoes back because of the tiniest factory crease on the ankle saying they were tried on. the shoes were brand new never tried on or nothing.

This is exact reason why i say legit checking doesnt exist. If the brands dont do it why would regular ppl be able too? Thats crazy that their "Authenitcator" didnt know that. I would be heated about the 10 fee too i try to sell stuff locally or through ebay hasnt had any issues doing that

I’ve had a ton of problems selling lately. Brand new pairs never worn that I got directly from Nike, finish line etc dust on the sole from packaging & they say it’s used. I’ve had this happen several times lately & it’s obvious the pair isn’t used no creases stickers not even pressed down on insoles. I’m getting over them

You can relist the shoe under the wmns sizes but the resell for wmns is little to nothing or you can relist it with -No Box or Damage Box (write in the description the issue) and they past thru

In the past I usually ordered from goat with no issues but I got my Jordan 4’s military blue from Goat and they smelled weird when I got them. I haven’t ordered from them since. Sneakers or Nike from now on.

I've been selling on goat and the only way to sell a shoe with thah problem is selling it as a new with defects That happens to me long time ago with the Jordan 1 black toe i bought it from snkrs and came with no extra laces and had the same issue so they gave me two options consignment as a new with defect or get it back an pay the fees and shipping

I honestly could've told you they would not have passed authentication. I sold some jackie robinsons and I didn't know this when I shipped it but it had a 1 inch slit under the bottom of the box in the middle going vertical. You couldn't even tell it was there and they considered it a damged box. I paid shipping just to get it back but luckily someone coppes of ne locally and it worked it. I still couldve made an extra 80 if GOAT would've authenticated. I honestly prefer Ebay for shopping and GOAT for selling usually.

Were the product codes the same between Men’s & Women’s sz pairs? I’ve had issues with GOAT too… usually once a year or so but it’s very annoying when it happens.

@JamesMeyers That's some real 'letter of the law ish.' Regarding selling go with eBay. Ebay's FEES are only 8% and that's it. Plus you get your payout in your bank within a few days and you do not have to wait for the authentication process. GOAT fees are 9.5% plus $5 and then an additional 2.9% to withdraw funding and a much longer wait for the payout. It's a no brainer. You can still list on GOAT as secondary place for exposure just list at higher price if you still want to deal with them.

That shoes been cursing u since u order it. I remember watching stream and u had gotten first pair pretty easily so u we’re debating grabbing another and ended up doubling up. It’s happens luckily wasn’t some crazy expensive pair. Feel bad for the bad luck bro but u will sell it pretty quick.

They would consign it under the correct, women's product page in a size 8W if you had it stored at GOAT, not the men's product page that you sold it incorrectly under

@JamesMeyers those Travis AF1 came in a regular AF1 box with the regular AF1 style code, just switch boxes with one that has the right shoe size, such a easy fix

I had a similar thing with eBay selling jerseys that I customize........ I sent one in for authentication and they failed it because it "smelled not like a retail jersey"... Mind you that Jersey went through multiple shipping processes and went through a stitching process to customize it so the fact that didn't smell like a "store" was crazy... They sent it back so I not only lost the sale but I had to pay return shipping and the original shipping so I basically 40 for nothing all because somebody couldn't smell properly for a day... When they charge people original and return shipping and fees for failed authentication they need to be better with this stuff all across the board with every platform because at the end of the day most people that sell obviously need money so when they charge all that money and fees and shipping they're really hurting people that are already hurting.... The goat thing gets me though because sneakers are listed as unisex...... So what the hell does it matter if the box is in a female size or a male size...... The size is still the same regardless... They literally sell female only releases as male sizes on their app!

Fortunately for me I got a refund for some Bred reimagined that were taking far too long to get verified which I found to be a red flag. I asked them to cancel the order and then they said they were unable to verify it right after I sent that email and sent me a full refund. I don’t get why yours weren’t verified though

You’re cannot sell a wmns sized shoe as a mens sizing shoe. I know it’s a 9.5 w which is a 8 m. If anything GOATS messed up for not having a Wmns sizing version up there along with the Mens. Hence why the size 8 Mens has some resale profit, because they probably mainly used wmns 9.5 to produce those.

Hello James, I’ve been watching you for a while and a lot of times we agree on a lot of stuff. In this case, you are completely in the wrong, and Goat is in the right for not authenticating that shoe. We both have that same shoe. We both have a women’s size that was sent to us. It was a woman size not a men’s size. You have to educate yourself if you’re going to say that. I honestly tried to sell the same shoe goat. And before I listed it to GOAT, I sent out a email and asked the question before I sold it and they replied to me that they wouldn’t be able to authenticate it before I sent it out. I know it’s a hard pill to swallow, but in this case I did my homework before I sent mine out. I’m just saying you still my guy. I knew what you was gonna say in the video before I watched the whole thing 😂💪🏽
