Thanks again for another North Jersey travelog. Except for passing by on the Parkway, I haven't been to East Orange since Muir's department store was on Main St. (They went out of business in the 1980s.) Nice to see what the town looks like today, especially on a nice sunny day.

Yes Trinidad has a large Indian population hence why roti is popular there are also other Caribbean islands Indians were brought to such as Jamaica, Guyana, Suriname , Belize and Grenada but Trinidad, Guyana and Suriname have the highest

Its fairly easy to make but you MUST have the right curry. Trinidad curry is different than curry that jamaicans tend to use. Different flavor profile. Trinidad curry lends flavors from Indian curry. the brand you want is CHIEF, duck/goat. The cumin also CHIEF brand Roaster Geera. You want Tumeric as well. Its best if your doing tough meats to use a pressure cooker, which GREATLY infuse th flavors and tenderizes the meat. no need for chicken or fish.

I visited there last week..it appear if you dont know about they food they have attuide n dont like to explain. I told the guy Greg im new to area n you was the only reason i was there, the guy Greg make smoothies is very nice.. Theres another I heard was very tasty. I will only return there for Greg to make me a smoothie..

I've always wanted to visit Limin's specifically for goat roti, but I never made it. Thanks for taking the hit for me. It looks good. My only disappointment with this video? You should have cracked open your cousin's platter so we can see the oxtail hookup! I know he took it home to eat, but your audience only gets so many chances to view the food, ambience, and menu - so we have to do it through you and the victims, I mean "posse," you roll with. All good.
