As delicious as I am sure her meal was it wasn’t a typical Jamaican curry goat and roti at all. However yes we all curry a little differently and there are different ways to make roti the dhal puri I grew up on in Jamaica wasn’t much different in technique than the ones I had in Trinidad. However in Trinidad I learned many types of methods to make roti existed.

I grew up in Jamaica in an Indian home and this is the typical way we do it back home my mom and grandparents make curry this way maybe because they are Indians? Anyway as you say we all make it different but similar. Thanks for watching hun God bless
