Once all of your fencing is up, be sure that there are no trees nearby that they can climb and jump over. A couple of goats that I had about 15 to 16 years ago did just that and were literally prancing, almost marching, up and down Mountain Drive in their own Goat Parade.

The grain bin is round, is bolted down to the deck which is anchored into the ground. Inside the grain bin is likely the best place for you and the dogs to be if a tornado comes to visit.

Don’t fret about what other people think about how you take care of your animals, you work hard and take care of them, now the goats, they are cute when little but they grow up to be permanent troubles, escape artist and they will tear everything up when they escape, piss the neighbors off and can cost you more than they are worth, I’m glad some people love them for their sake, grandma Betty
