The only thing he could do was combine the remaining 12 universes to make battleworld. He couldn’t bring back the ones that had been destroyed. He struggled against Black panther with the infinity stones.

Pure bullshit. God Emperor Doom was attacked by multiple Phoenixes and has no harm, was melted down by a full Infinity Gauntlet and reformed in one panel. He possessed the power of all the Beyonders who are Outerversal entities that destroyed the entire Marvel multiverse. Only three of them killed the Living Tribunal. Maybe he couldn't kill him permanently but GED could absolutely defeat Superboy Prime

Agree to disagree, but here is my answer to your points: Phoenix force cyclops =/= Jean grey with the phoenix force, not even close. Dark Phoenix Jean Grey smokes GE doom. GE Doom doesn't have unrestricted access to the powers of the beyonders. His powers come through molecule man giving him the powers. In terms of feats and showings, I just don't see GE doom being Living Tribunal level. Living tribunal isn't getting effected by the Infinity Gauntlet like Doom was. Let me know what you think, but that's my logic for saying the Infinity Gauntlet feat works to show he's not quite on the level I think he'd need to be to beat superboy prime.

@@ProfessorPhilosoraptorto add on to your point if god emperor doom was such a a threat to the marvel multiverse Ike many claim then living tribunal would have stepped in like we’ve seen him do before. Take protege for example, he was casually wiping out every marvel character and entity and the living tribunal perceived him as a threat and was unable to defeat him.

@@ProfessorPhilosoraptor now sure you could argue that the writers didn’t want Dr doom interacting with these powerful entities because it would take away from Dr dooms greatest run and the story line itself. However the problem with this is like I said before the living tribunal is supposed to step in when there’s a perceived threat to the marvel multiverse outside of space and time and platonic concepts regarding aspects and transcending narratives. Yet we don’t see this because I’d argue that doom was such a non threat that LT never even picked up on dooms power level and considering LT is Omniscient he would have known about doom. But considering that universes come and go and don’t matter to a multiversal being such as LT and doom gaining the molecule man’s god level of power would be a canon event throughout many timelines, then LT wouldn’t need to step in because he knew dr doom was just on a power trip and his ego would get in the way of him becoming a problem so he would never cause a lot of damage or problems for deity level beings.

Doom couldn’t handle all of the power of the Beyonders. That’s why all the power was in Molecule man and he gave a small fraction of it to Doom.
