I myself have tried carrying a Bible , however my phone is the most I can carry . Please pray for my stroke issues and heart to get healed more so I don’t walk thru church dropping things . I pay fir anyone that cannot carry a Bible or hold one without help. I use my cell phone to follow with because it is lighter and easier to carry in my small purse . I felt I had to comment because you never know someone’s health issue . I would have my notebook too. I even have recorded the things said so I have it to look up later if need be . Attending church without a Bible & note book & pens, is a true time wasted! God bless you for emphasizing this always! At age 81, my 1988 Bible is some 3 times it’s original size….plus file drawers filled with notes. Book by book, chapter by chapter, verse by verse with countless things I was shown and cherish. I pray my 3 daughters will cherish and learn from it till He comes for us! God bless you ALL….pray daily for everyone, parking team (where I began my service to Him!), every person involved in Jesus’ church! We are all the disciples of Jesus. The only reason I would say that hearing about “someone’s past” is a very good thing is for testimony sake. That can be a blessing for someone else that can see as well how God is always working in our lives to bring us to the feet of Jesus Christ. Ya i know hes a graduate from a well paying ministry school as he Graduated and paid well for profit . Though you might not have known in reallity your great minister happens to be an ATHEIST. Find out your self and do some research on all the money making Skill these people have Completing these Collages for money big profit to snare you ignorant unknowledgeable fools. after 30 years of walking with Jesus and praying to God fallowing him daily just as he has spoken me too? but still did not feel it and even told to fake it and keep walking with God by my Paster. then was told to read the bible so i did and in shock automatically became atheist. the contradicting minipulating slaving horrible things god allowed then forgives. then it comes up he did not forgive at all making this JESUS Coming back 100% forgivness. but again more in to the book Jesus decides to go backwards in to the old COVENANT and said ill forgive you and ever lasting Salvation but you will burn in my new name Called THE GREAT LAKE OF FIRE only because if you can't believe me. MINIPULATIONS UP AND UP. then i reaized looking back on all the changes and wrong locations family not related because he forgot about them. Paul telling us that he hated Jesus and Jesus did not care because he knew paul was smart and could be used for a MINIPULATOR is sickening. Slavory provided to any Man can own except the Jews only 7 years but any one else life. you can Aalso beat them as long as they don't die in 2 day's.
