I think you guys need a history lesson. The founding fathers, particularly Jefferson, were overall secularists. " Christianity is the most perverted system ever shown on man." " They are all alike (religions), founded on fables and mythology." Both quotes of Jefferson. The country was founded on freedom of and freedom from religion. A conservative's version of a Christian America matches more closely to that of Saudi Arabia than that of what the founding fathers intended.
