This was absolutely perfect for me. My whole life and I do mean my whole life, every time I've wanted something or think I "need" something God has given it to me. Every time.... there is no joy in it. I see it, I want it, I get it and I'm still not happy. It's like God was saying here Nichole....you seem to want this so bad so here you go, but he knew better. I don't know how many times he's re-taught me this same lesson and I've always failed to see it. I'm not going to feel Joy and there's always going to be a feeling of emptiness until I thankfully receive what GOD wants for me. I'm praying and waiting to be put on the path he wants for me without my normal interfering with his plan.

Our God is so powerful!!! Every word Pastor Steven spoke felt like it was meant for me. I’ve been struggling with waiting on the Lord to tell me what to do, but I learned that you have to actively wait on the Lord. You need to take the next step.
