My Personal favorite Synergies Ludivico+Brimstone/Azazel:Controllable Brimstone laser, Need I say more? Sad Bombs+IPECAC(With optional Bob's brain And Pyromaniac): Want to nuke the shit out of a room? Look no further. Bonus points for Using bob's brain and Pyromaniac to have a constant single bomb and total explosive immunity.

The scissors are actually really good against Mega Stanly with the right items. Something like Nuns Habit, 9Volt, and Gimpy would make it a DPS generating machine.

After thinking about it, 2 experimental treaments strating a run, if you are allowed to restart as much as you want until you have great luck can give you pretty decent stat, eve if it's not game breaking, it makes one case where experimental treatment can be good ^^

I know this item synergy won’t win, but Mom’s Key and Humbling Bundle is amazeballs. It literally sures up any and all collectibles. For the entire run. I know you can do 3 items, but if you add Guppy’s Tail and life is good.

The most powerful 2 item synergy I can think of is Gnawed Leaf + Succubus. It's cheesy but those 2 items will beat every run on their own 100% of the time no matter how unlucky you get or what character you play. There is literally nothing stronger than that. The strongest synergy that I can think that isn't a 100% guaranteed win (although it's so good that it might as well be) is Blood Rights + Issac's Heart. It allows you do to so much damage to everything in the room while avoiding the health cost of Blood Rights that you don't need any other items to help you deal damage for the entire run. I know there are much more fun really powerful 2 item synergies but those are the 2 best in my opinion.

The only reason I don't take 404 trinket is because I'm pretty sure it can proc cracked dice and reroll your run if you get hit with that proc. Very unlikely but could happen I believe.

Its my fav synergy however there are many more powerful the knife is only powerful because you can hold it on an enemy witch deals damage to it per frame after the brim the knives only hit the opponent for about 5 frames

Late to the channel BUT I can give a reason why one might lose a Tech X run. Goddamn joycon drift for the Switch port of the game. It gums up the hold and release for any weapon with charge bars. It's how I somehow managed to lose a Lost run with Tech X being the first effing pedestal room item

Two of my favorite Synergies are: Haemolacria + Brimstone, and Haemolacria + Monstro's Lung. Also remember that the stat's that you get from Cracked Crown are affected by the other stat up items that you've already picked up. So if you didn't have some damage up items already then Curved Horn would provide greater benefit.
