I know taking blind items usually isn’t that bad but even if its a low chance it will happen with sinvicta luck and it would end the streak and it will have been us viewers to blame imo. Sin is making the correct decision in not taking blind items because he clearly doesn’t need to if he has an almost 800 eden win streak on hard like idk if I’m just a noob or something but I can barely live through a normal mode run. So much to learn from him

@@bobbyjones2397 it occasionally turns isaac's tears into a glowing blue-white tear that procs a ray of light that does 4x isaac's damage (edit: AOE within and around the ray of light). Combine that with high tears rate/luck and you essentially have a barrage of nukes on top of base tear damage.

I stopped taking Blind Items for this reason: I was playing the Ultra Hard challenge. First floor got Satanic Bible, Mom's Knife, Cricket's Head. 2nd floor got Holy Mantle. Bunch more great items. This was definitely a won run so I had no reason to pick up more items. On depths 2 I decided to take another blind item and got Tiny Planet...... WORST POSSIBLE ITEM I could have gotten in the item room because how it works with Mom's Knife. That being said, I slowly and painfully made it all the way to Mega Satan and finally died there to one of the angels. Without Tiny Planet, this would have been an easy win on this ridiculous challenge. I know this challenge is permanent curse of blind, but this has stopped me from taking blind items in normal runs..

To be honest, it's Ultra Hard that's BS, not CotB here. My only gripe with it is that items count as "seen" and removed from the item pool, even though you don't actually see them. If I skip CotB'd Polyphemus, let me keep the -slightest- chance to get it later.

Been trying Eden runs to unlock Blank Card and without a doubt now I agree with Sinvicta. Blind items= no go. Two runs in a row i got Ludovich Technique and it destroyed my runs.

I think it was actually one of the only good moments to grab Isaac´s heart since for some weird reason if you have dry baby as a first follower your second follower sits inside dry baby, so you could have gotten Isaacs bulletproofed heart and any shooting enemy would be killing themselves by actively shooting at dry baby

Just listened to Our Cemetary and honestly? I love it, definitely heavy stuff but very good! It's up there with Ash of Gods and the soon to be renamed War Infection. I'm sure there's a reason for it, but I notice that there aren't really many guitar solos, with a lot of emphasis on steady pacing through the songs. Not a negative criticism, just personal observation! I love The Word of Lawder's sound!

You really ought to consider taking Experimental Treatment more often. It got reworked in Afterbirth+ to always increase 4 of your stats and decrease 2, all by fixed amounts, and especially considering it's part of Spun, it's almost always worth it to take it.

I used to have a version of Sim Ants for the SNES. That game was hard. And weird. But mostly hard. I also has Legend of the Seven Stars, this one game where main character is a dragon, but dragons are weird hair colored people who can turn into dragons(I forget the name, I had the 1st and 3rd game(3rd on the PlayStation)). I loved the games we had. Even a game called "uniracer". It's a racing game. With unicycles.
