The Spider Mod Report: Day 75 Is it just me or have Sinvicta’s runs this week just been getting more and more satisfying? And of course, leave it to Sinvicta and his nearly 1000 episodes of Isaacvicta+ to find yet another new (and powerful) combo that I’ve never seen before with Ipecac and Pop! Unfortunately, though, as powerful as this run was, we still didn’t see our favorite little robotic spider friend. Several opportunities to show up again, but he just wasn’t feeling it today. But that’s ok! If this video is any indication, the streak’s not going away for a long while, so there will be plenty more opportunities for you to show up, buddy! Day 4 of documenting my home brew kombucha journey: There wasn't much to do today but check in on my jar and wait. I'm planning on waiting until next Thursday or Friday to start tasting it, and I'm leaving the jar completely still in its dark little corner so that the baby SCOBY has a chance to form on the surface of it. I did notice though that the mother SCOBY that's already in there has moved around a bit since yesterday, which gives me hope that the fermentation is active! See youse guys tomorrow and stay funky!

Hey Sinvicta, just wanted to let you know (which you might already know about and it just slipped your mind, it happens especially with 8 billion things in this game) that a sacrifice room can't take you to the dark room until after you've fought both angels. Also this was a great run to watch just because of that crazy start. I've never been a fan of using the pop tears or whatever it's called because I'm not a fan of how it works. Love the effect in theory just not in practice, but it's such a fun item to watch when I don't have to use it myself haha.

I know exactly what you mean with taking medicine. Just over 3 years ago, I was taking two pills a day. I pinched a nerve in my back at work and went to the doctor. They not only found that I had arthritis in my L4 and 5 but they found a spot on a kidney which turned out to be kidney cancer. Fast forward to today and now I'm one kidney lighter and I take 11 pills a day not including vitamins which brings that up to 13... fun times.

Sinvicta, you should have used the sacrifice room one more time. Next sacrifice would have given you 30 pennies or 7 soul hearts, and only after fighting the second angel (Gabriel), you are able to teleport to the dark room.

In regards to sacrifice rooms. You will get teleported to the dark room anytime you step on spikes after both angle fights. If you had stepped on it twice more your first step would provide 30 coins/7 soul hearts then another fight for key piece 2.

Day 9 of the comment streak! Todays recommended game by me: Shantae: Half-Genie Hero Price: about $20 A very good looking platformer with very good retro type graphics. It just does everything right for what you need in a 2D Platformer, very good controls, good stages and exploring every stage is very fun and rewarding. It's gimmick is that you can transform into different types of animals, to gain abilities, which let you explore the stages you already been in to go into places, where you could not go before. It is not a very long game, but it has new game + features and other gamemodes, so ot is worth the 20 bucks.

As someone who has to take OCD meds on a daily bases, I can confirm that while it might not seem to make a difference right now, after a longer period of time you'll be able to look back and see the impact. It's a gradual change, but well worth it in my opinion. Although, if you look back after a good bit and don't notice any changes, just talk to your pharmacist -why am I saying this your an adult you know this already- . Then again, this is my experience with my types of meds for a very different situation than yours. Either way, I hope things get better for you, and I just thought I'd tell you that I'm among your many big fans, and I would say I could kinda relate to your issues but my problems are much less prominent... Well... Ok uh it's just nowhere near as bad as what your going through Edit: fixed small typo

I understand that high resistance to drugs you mentioned. I've been struggling with mental health, and unfortunately, the medicine I was prescribed, which is on a sizeable dosage already, is too weak to cause significant changes as of now. It'd be a bad idea to jump the gun on the dosage and try a really high dose, because of the side effects if it overshoots, but I'd be happier if it could just curb the mental problems.

Sinvicta, I wondered why you never play with sacrifice room and now I found out that you dont remember how it works :P Next sacrifices would be: 1. 50% 30 COINS or 50% SEVEN SOUL HEARTS; 2. then another angel fight (and second part of the key); 3. THEN 50% for teleport to The void, 50% nothing. Try playing it more, you just missed its greatest payoff ;)

With the sacrifice room it only has that chance to teleport you to the lamb on the 12th hit onward which is after the 2nd angel fight. Sinvicta could have gone for the second key piece with no problem

Day 179 of Touring with Sinvicta: First difference of the day comes from not having Eden’s Blessing’s extra item. No Ipecac. I also found a tears down pill and couldn’t take any money out of the donations machine, so no consumables. I bought both Black Candle and Champion Belt in the floor 2 shop to get some good damage with the devil deal items. In Flooded Caves 1, I replaced Petrified Poop with the Bloody Crown. I bought a half priced Starter Deck from the shop. I did not take the Book of Shadows. Finally, a golden chest gave me Blood Bag. For Caves 2, I did take Blank Card while also rerolling into Mutant Spider. The shop gave me a 2 of Diamonds. Awesome. This let me buy Treasure Map, BFFs, Mystery Gift (Potato Peeler), Night Light, Piggy Bank, at least 4 or 5 2 of Diamonds cards, Habit, Moving Box and a whole bunch of spacebar items to haul around in case I get a Black Rune. For Depths 1, I was able to buy a bit more. I added Tarot Cloth, Sack of Sacks, Hive Mind and more spacebar items. Common Cold was a nice add since I don’t have Ipecac. I did buy Chaos and Schoolbag from the Depths 2 shop. Let’s see what kind of nonsense that gives me. I packed up more items with the Moving Box as my second spacebar item. Mama Mega let me into Boss Rush to get Dark Prince’s Crown. Fighting through the bosses gave me Lachryphagy for some more goofiness. Mom’s Box (been showing up everyday and I love it) was my devil deal item. It got packed up as well. In Womb 1, a demon beggar acquired Acid Baby gave me a Perthro rune. I used on all spacebar items I have been carrying, but not before doubling them with Diplopia. I also first used my two Pandora’s Boxes to get Guppy from Guppy’s Head as well as Dead Dove for flight. I ultimately walked away with Gimpy, 1Up, Circle of Protection, . The item room hooked me up with Cat-o-nine-tails. Contract from Below, Growth Hormones, Goat Head, Duality, Book Worm, The Compass, Athame, Guppy’s Tail, Judas’ Freakin’ Shadow and Holy Mantle. Lots of Breakfast was left behind. I have no intention of wasting all my extra lives for Judas though. Utero 2 made the OP build complete thanks to Cracked Crown. I also added Sin Robes, Euthanasia, Mom’s Key and Skinny Odd Mushroom. A Joker card in the Dark Room gave me Dad’s Ring for another protection circle. Sac Altar gave me the Mark and Sac Dagger. A Black Rune finally showed up to help get my stats up. Victory Lap Highlights: The Soul, Dead Cat #2 (Never getting Judas), Head of the Keeper (Bumbo feeder), Sin Robes #2, Spun, Guppy’s Tail #2, Growth Hormones #2, Fat Odd Mushroom, The Mark #2, both key pieces, Pentagram, Synthoil, Belly Button (finally a second trinket slot), Cricket’s Head, Restock (too late to be useful other than maybe Hushy), Cambion Conception, Cat-o-nine-tails #2, 1Up #2, Rune Bag, The Virus, The Pact (Old Hushy), Key Bum (Old Hushy), poor Old Hushy didn’t stand a chance of course, Cancer trinket, Jumper Cables and Incubus (LOL). This fun Pop + Lachryphagy build totally destroyed Blue Baby and made quick work of Mega Stanley. This run ended up about 2-3 hours, but mostly because I’ve started participating in Discord and was watching the end of Sinvicta’s evening stream that caused quite a good bit of distraction. Fun run overall and I am enjoying jumping into the Mosh Pit a bit more. Keep it up all.

i am with you on the nexium tablets I an basically required to have then if i go out drinking. On a side note for acid reflux iv learnt if you sleep on your left side it helps stopping it from going back up as gravity works against the content.I have on more then one occasion awoke chocking, i seem to be much better now that i lost some weight.

I am currently also in the (much delayed) process of fixing things I ignored for way too long, and I had a similar thought cross my mind recently. It is worth the effort, though. For sure. the initial items were actually a pretty good combo because you don't have to worry about the up and down thing of ipecac. it obviously still dangerous cause y'know, i'ts a explosion but i guess the fact that it goes brrr (sorry gotta do it)it goes straight is very comfortable XD(this commentary is so long now that i see XDDD)

pop and ipecac is actually so terrible without explosion immunity. I once had it and accidentally picked up lebra and lost a run because of it.
